About Us
Monica Milinovich, M.Ed., is an educator, speaker, and trainer who specializes in teaching and learning that promotes best instructional practices. Monica has been working for over 20 years in education. Ms. Milinovich taught a variety of grade levels K-12, as well as college level courses. She has served in a variety of leadership roles, including a Language Acquisition Specialist, English Language Learning District Coordinator, Professional Development Coordinator, and Professional Learning Community Specialist, and New Teacher/Mentor Coordinator.
Monica has presented at seminars and workshops for K-12 districts and charter schools nationwide and at education conferences, hosted by academic organization such as The New Teacher Center and The National Association of Bilingual Education. She is the owner of Professional Educational Consulting LLC, providing professional development, consulting and coaching in several areas of education, such as best instructional practices and collegial coaching for all tiered and targeted professional development. Monica utilizes a collaborative coaching format and an observational collegial coaching cycle process to support and ensure implementation, growth and sustainablity. She is a lifelong learner that continues to share and support growth within the educational community.
Monica received her Master’s Degree in Bilingual Multicultural Education from Northern Arizona University, and another Master's in Curriculum and Instruction from Chapman University. She also holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from University of Arizona. Monica has completed all but the dissertation phase of her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Arizona State University and continues to be a lifelong learner.
Monica lives in Cave Creek, AZ with her family.

Understanding the key pieces of the puzzle, developing and building strength in each piece, and bringing all the parts together in new ways can rejuvenate a district and charter schools, its programs, and especially its personnel to achieve success everyday.
